Scott created and manages a growing agency. His experience and skill-set allow him to be a key player in every project, whether deciding strategy, conferencing with clients, leading designers and developers, or even lending a hand with development, he can help.
Scott started building websites in the late 1990s, and continued to expand his knowledge by exploring new technologies and techniques.
He taught hundreds of students web development at various Ontario colleges, and worked for several years as a web and Flash developer at one of Ottawa’s lead web development teams.
Scott began freelancing in 2009, and hit the ground running with several high-profile projects in his first year.
With a growing family and an ever-growing list of clients, Scott decided to make the move from freelancing to running a full-service digital agency. He purchased an office space, and hired his first employees in 2011.
Over the years, Scott has guided Machine to grow into a highly successful agency, and has built an impressive client list with an equally impressive project track record.
His philosophy for maintaining a fun, healthy work environment helps employees love what they do, and perform their best.
Scott holds certifications in Google Analytics as well as Google AdWords Search and Display.
