An Immersive Step-By-Step Experience

The Office of Consumer Affairs required elegant visuals to guide users through the multi-step process of effectively filing a complaint.

Our design team answered with a set of seven illustrated scenes depicting various areas across Canada. Although this project only included the design phase, we considered user experience, and planned all animations and interactions for the finished product, including how to code the application in compliance with Government of Canada content and accessibility guidelines.
